This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Cuisine’s Online Service (Cuisine website) including participation in the Bulletin Board facility. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.
Please read this Agreement carefully. Since the service is designed to provide an enjoyable and informative experience, as well as the free-flow exchange of information and comments, its users must abide by certain rules. Your use of the service will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules.
Use of Cuisine by You
Your right to use Cuisine is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the service.
Other than connecting to Cuisine’s servers by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to Cuisine’s servers by any means – including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using Cuisine or otherwise.
You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others’ use of Cuisine. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, Cuisine.
You acknowledge that Cuisine has not reviewed and does not endorse the content of all sites linked to or from this site and is not responsible for the content or actions of any other sites linked to or from the Cuisine site. Linking to any other service or site from Cuisine is at your sole risk.
Use of the Bulletin Boards
Cuisine does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted by users of the Bulletin Boards.
You agree not to use any obscene, indecent or offensive language, or to place on the Service any material which is false, defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful. Further, you may not place on the Service any material which is encrypted, constitutes junk mail or unauthorised advertising, invades anyone’s privacy, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any law or regulation.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide to the Service does not violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party – or is posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights.
Postings to the Bulletin Board are not private. You grant the Service Provider and its designees the unrestricted use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit and distribute any information or material you supply or communicate to the Service via such postings, in any medium now in existence or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial uses.
All other information and material you supply or communicate to the Service is governed by Cuisine’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

Cuisine is committed to bringing you the best, most interesting information possible, tailored where we can to your individual needs. We are also committed to protecting your privacy.
We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them. Examples of such information are:

Occupation
The information collected will be used to send you the information you have requested and to help us develop the site to be useful to you. We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about our readers, sales and traffic patterns with partners or other parties. However, we do not sell or share any information about individual readers.
