Make Yourself at Home


Make Cuisine.co.nz your home page, and get a daily dose of the best of New Zealand food, wine and good living. Just follow these instructions.

Select the browser version you are currently using to browse the web.

Internet Explorer 3.x (Windows)
Internet Explorer 4.x (Windows)
Internet Explorer 5.x (Windows)
Internet Explorer for Macintosh
Netscape 3.x (Windows)
Netscape 4.x (Windows)
Netscape Navigator for Macintosh 3.x or higher



Internet Explorer version 3. If this is not your browser, please scroll down for other instructions. If your browser is not listed, please consult your browser's Help documentation for instructions.

Here's what to do:

Go to "View" on the standard toolbar above the screen. Click on "View" to see a pulldown menu.

Click on "Options."

Select "Start Page" from the pull-down menu in the first box. (If you do not see "Start Page" right away, you're probably using a slighter older version of the browser, so you'll need to click the "Navigation" tab first.)

In the box marked "address," type http://www.cuisine.co.nz/ and click OK.

Cuisine's now set up as your home page.

Click the tab marked "General." You will see three sections in the window. The top one is labeled "Home Page."

In the box marked "address," type http://www.cuisine.co.nz/ and click OK.

Cuisine's now set up as your home page.

Go to www.cuisine.co.nz. Hold down the mouse button. Select "Set Home Page" and release the mouse.

Cuisine is now your home page.


Netscape, version 3. If this is not your browser, please scroll down for other instructions. If your browser is not listed, please consult your browser's Help documentation for instructions.

Here's what to do:

Go to "Options" on the standard toolbar above the screen. Click there for a pull-down menu.

Select "General Preferences. " A new menu will appear.

Click on the tab marked "Appearance."

In the area titled "Startup" make sure that the box next to "Netscape Browser" is checked for the "On Startup Launch:" option. For the "Browser Starts With" option, select "Home Page Location."

In the text field below the "Home Page Location" options, type in http://www.cuisine.co.nz/ and click OK.

Cuisine's now set up as your home page.
